What counts as an envelope?
An envelope is each document created for signature, with all of its signers. A contract with the customer, a witness and an approver counts as a single envelope. Reminders, resending the code and the signed final copy do not use extra envelopes.
What happens if I reach the monthly limit?
Envelopes already created proceed normally until completion. Only the creation of new envelopes is paused until the next month or until you move to a larger plan.
Does the trial require a card?
No. The trial lasts 10 days, allows 20 envelopes and unlocks every feature. At the end of the period, envelope creation is paused until a plan is subscribed.
Can I use Ravisign without ChatISP?
Yes. Ravisign is an independent product: any company can create an account, send contracts from the dashboard or integrate its own system through the API. ChatISP is just one of the channels, bringing signing into the WhatsApp conversation.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is requested from the Ravi Systems team at contato@ravisystems.com.br. Before closing, download the signed copies; after that, documents and trail follow the retention rules described in the privacy policy.
