My account

In My account each person manages their own access details. What changes here applies only to you, not to the company account. Open it from your name in the corner of the panel.

Your details#

Name and sign-in email address. The email address is the one you use to sign in and to receive notices from Ravisign.

Preferences#

• Theme: Light or Dark. Your choice is saved to your user and applies on any device.
• Language: Português, English or Español, or Follow the account language. The chosen language applies to the panel; emails to signers follow the language defined in each envelope.

Password#

To change your password, enter the current one and the new one twice. The new password must have at least 8 characters and be rated as Strong by the meter that appears while you type. Long passwords that mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, and that do not contain your name, your email address, sequences (such as abcd or 1234) or obvious words, earn more points.

Warning changing your password ends the open sessions on your other devices. The device you are using stays signed in.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, use Forgot my password: Ravisign sends a code to your email address, and with it you create a new password.

Two-step verification#

With two-step verification turned on, in addition to the password Ravisign asks for a 6-digit code generated by an authenticator app on your phone. Even if someone discovers your password, they cannot sign in without your phone.

1. On the Two-step verification card, click Turn on.
2. In the authenticator app, scan the QR code shown on the screen. If you cannot scan it, type the key that appears below it.
3. Type the 6-digit code shown by the app and click Confirm and turn on.

From then on, every sign-in asks for the code from the app after the password. To turn it off, use Turn off on the same card and confirm with your current password.

Tip we strongly recommend two-step verification for owners and administrators, who can create API keys and change settings.

Connected devices#

Lists the browsers and devices with an open session on your account, with the last access and the IP. The current device is marked.

• End: signs out a specific device.
• End the others: signs out all devices except the current one.

Use these options if you signed in on a computer that is not yours or if you noticed access you do not recognize. In that case, change your password as well.
